We ship across India from our fulfilment partner. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 3–7 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking link by email/SMS once your order ships.
Returns & Refunds
Because Neuvofit is a consumable nutrition product, we can only accept returns on unopened, sealed products within 7 days of delivery. If your order arrived damaged, incorrect, or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
How to request a return
- Email us at the address on our Contact page with your order number
- Include photos if the product arrived damaged or incorrect
- Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
Trial sachets and opened tubs are not eligible for return, in line with food safety standards.
